What is the Communities Project Leadership Collective?

The Communities Project Leadership Collective was created in direct response to this reality. Instead of relying on isolated trainings tied to uncertain funding cycles, the Leadership Collective offers a practical, cost-effective, year-long structure for leadership development that strengthens capacity across an entire organization in a sustainable way.

Through a predictable monthly rhythm of workshops, coaching, evaluation, and optional consulting and training based on level, the Leadership Collective helps organizations maintain consistent leadership support, build shared language and practices, and demonstrate an ongoing investment in their workforce. This model reduces the burden of single large trainings, supports supervisors navigating high-intensity work, improves communication and trust, and helps organizations continue developing leaders—even during periods of financial uncertainty—while aligning with funder and board expectations for sustained workforce development.

Includes:

  • Monthly 60-minute leadership workshops (all staff)

  • Monthly Executive Director/CEO coaching

  • Monthly 30-minute program evaluation with Director

  • Quarterly leadership practice guide with reflection and discussion prompts


Leadership Plus Level

$6,600 per year ($550/month)

Designed for organizations seeking added support for supervisors, managers, and emerging leaders.

Includes everything in Foundation, plus:

  • One extended workshop per quarter

  • Two coaching sessions per quarter for up to four supervisors/directors

  • One quarterly organizational consulting call

  • Priority scheduling for Communities Project trainings and workshops


Premium Level

$9,600 per year ($800/month)

A deeply supported leadership partnership for organizations seeking comprehensive development while keeping total investment under $10,000.

Includes everything in Leadership Plus, plus:

  • Full leadership training (virtual or in-person*)

  • Monthly organizational consulting (12 sessions annually)

  • Three coaching sessions per quarter for supervisors/managers

  • One 30-minute coaching session for all team members

  • Strategic consultation for retreats, staffing shifts, and internal planning

  • Top-priority scheduling for all Communities Project offerings
