The Communities Project expands the leadership capacity of individuals and organizations to effectively tackle issues critical to the communities they serve.
Through training and ongoing coaching, investments in leadership amplify programmatic accomplishments, expand collective efforts, and dramatically escalate opportunities to serve communities.
If you’re interested in joining the Communities Project Leadership Collective and partnering on a year long leadership development program for your team, or to bring a day long leadership training to your community or organization, please get in touch with The Communities Project by emailing info@communitiesproject.org.
A year-long leadership development partnership designed for organizations working in recovery, behavioral health, and community-based services. Recognizing that uncertain funding streams have made one-off trainings harder to justify, the Leadership Collective offers a practical alternative: consistent, affordable leadership support delivered over time. Through monthly workshops, coaching, program evaluation, and optional consulting and training based on level, organizations receive ongoing leadership development that strengthens culture, supports supervisors and managers, and builds sustainable internal capacity—without the pressure or cost of a single, high-stakes training event.
In partnership with D-Degree Coaching & Training, The Communities Project is a co-creator of the Transformational Leadership cohort. This five-session intensive leadership program outlines a vision for what people wish to create in leadership and develops a practice consistent with that vision. The program includes five leadership sessions as well as five executive coaching sessions.
Our Leadership Training focuses on the leader within us. It offers tools for people to break out of their box and thrive in every environment. We focus on the need to lead responsibly, closely examine our actions and seek feedback, and invest in the leader within all who surround us.
After attending a training, leadership coaching is available for those who attend. Our personalized coaching aids individuals in attaining the goals they seek in their communities and in making an ongoing investment in everyone dedicated to bringing about change in their community.
